In May 2021 our consultant Kitty began her Level 3 in Recruitment Practice. The 12-week course involved distance learning, coursework and finally an exam which Kitty sat in August 2021.
Kitty successfully passed her exam and is now accredited as a qualified Recruitment Consultant by The REC which is the recruitment agencies governing body.
The course covered six different units ranging from legal and ethical requirements in recruitment to understand the recruitment market. When Kitty joined our Harrogate recruitment Agency over two years ago, she underwent extensive in-house training, and this course has been part of her continuous training and development as a Consultant.
