Having worked in the industry for many years we pride ourselves on delivering a thorough and transparent service allowing us to become the chosen recruitment agency for many clients in Harrogate, Knaresborough and the Yorkshire area.

Louise Sparkes
Director
Louise is the Director and founder of Unity Resourcing, which she established in 2014. With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. Extremely passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities and creating long lasting partnerships with local businesses. She loves to help clients build successful teams that support business growth.
Louise is Mum of two teenage boys – A full time job in itself!! Passions outside work are hiking up mountains, practising yoga, socialising with family and friends. Mmm and lets not forget coffee and wine!
Kitty King
Senior Consultant
Kitty has been a committed member of our team for five years, bringing her expertise and passion to the role of Senior Consultant. Throughout her tenure, Kitty has built and maintained excellent relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process for all parties involved. Kitty’s blend of professional expertise and personal warmth makes her an invaluable asset to our team and a trusted partner for our clients.
When not at work, Kitty loves to experiment in the kitchen, trying out new recipes and creating delicious meals. She is also a devoted dog Mum to the adorable Bamford who is also an important member of the team.
Oh and did you know Kitty ran the London Marathon!
Beth Davies
Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator
Beth is a dedicated and creative member of the team. She has a passion and talent for tracking down the right people for our opportunities. Beth brings fresh ideas to our socials and keeps them looking fabulous.
Beth is super organised and always one step ahead, which is perfect in our fast-paced environment. Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Vinnie, as well as with friends and family. She also loves holidaying, walking and a good cup of coffee.
Betsy and Bamford
Office Helpers
Betsy and Bamford can often be found around the office trying to look busy, they tell us they are so busy they feel like they’re chasing their tails most of the time!
They make a pawsome brew and are great on the dog and bone. Betsy’s favourite pass time is sleeping and following her Mum around. Bamford loves tummy tickles and watching passers-by out the window.
