Kitty started with Unity Resourcing in September 2019 and underwent extensive in-house training to support her to becoming a successful recruiter. She made an excellent start in the business, picking up the role extremely quickly and soon gained an understanding of all the critical steps and procedures to service our clients effectively.
Now in her second year of recruitment to strengthen her knowledge, she is currently studying and working towards achieving her Certificate in Recruitment Practice qualification. This course is developed by the recruitment industries professional body and is equivalent to A level standard. It teaches consultants the ethics, legalities and how to build a thriving career in recruitment. The course is a combination of course work and a final exam which is to be sat in August.
Kitty is already making a flying start achieving top marks in her first set of course work… She is one determined lady ?
